What's graduation without a little bling thrown in. I am trying to get a jump on the many graduation cards I need to create in the next couple of weeks. More to do, more to do.
Enjoy and thanks for stopping by.
ABOUT ME

- Hi. Welcome to my site; my name is Karen. I'm an avid scrap-booker, card-maker, and paper-crafter. I have been scrapbooking for about 12 years and I am just as excited now as when I first started. Scrapbooking is the instrument I use to record some of the greatest and most special moments of my family’s life. I love buying patterned paper, ribbon and embellishments, taking pictures of my son, teaching scrapbooking and hosting workshops. This hobby continues to be an obsession for me and it continues to challenge me to be a better scrapper. I love the escape that scrapbooking affords me and the fun it has brought into my world. I have one child, a son; he's 15 years old and he is my favorite scrapbook subject. I hope that you enjoyed my site and will visit again soon.

Graduation Time - The Cutting Cafe
It's that time, Graduation time, and these two Graduation stamp sets from the Cutting Cafe are just perfect for the ocassion. I bought this sheet of muted colors pattern paper some time ago and remembered I had it some where and that the colors would be perfect for graduation season. I pulled out one of my Martha Stewart border punches, the big Swiss dots embossing folder, some ribbon and added a piece of black bling to set-off the cap.
Enjoy and thanks for stopping by.

Cup Cakes - The Cutting Cafe
Everybody deserves a special treat every once in a while, so here's a yummy treat for you from The Cutting Cafe. I used the Huge Cupcake stamp set for this card; along with pretty hot pink ribbon and one of my Martha Stewart border punches; don't you love it? I don't know if you can see the score lines at the bottom, but the lines were scored with my Martha Stewart score board. The "Time To Celebrate" sentiment stamp was from my stash. YUMMY, YUMMY!!!
Enjoy and TFSB

Sweet, Sweet, Sweet
Another chance to work on the girl's layout and add ribbon, flowers, silver painted leaves and butterflies. I am so loving this.
Enjoy and TFSB,

The Little Princess
What a great time I had working on this layout. In addition to using my Cricut to cut the crown from the Rock Princess, I painted it with the Pearl paint dabber from Adirondack. I also cut the "Diva" sentiment from that same cartridge and added some bling. It helped having great "girlie" pictures to work with.
Enjoy and TFSB,
Karen

For That Wonderful Mom
I wanted my first card for the Cutting Cafe Design Team to be a Mother's Day card. Regina, the owner of the Cutting Cafe has put together a great selection of digital stamps for Mother's Day. I used For That Wonderful Mom for my project.
I don't know that I've every been so nervous about posting a card, as I was to post this one. But, now that it's been posted, I'm ready to get busy creating more cards and projects for the Cutting Cafe.
I'm still working on taking better photos, so bear with me here.
Enjoy; thanks for stopping by.
